Since joining PERFIT my life has completely changed. Something that used to seem a chore to do has now become my hobby. This has all been because of the coaches at PERFIT and the community of people I now surround myself with. From my two years of training here, I have become physically and mentally stronger. I joined Perfit because I was just not being pushed. I have achieved structure, discipline, quit smoking and feel a completely different and better version of myself. I don't make excuses anymore, I've learnt I have to go out and make thing happen, they don't come up to you. Perfit has completely shocked me. Prior to joining I was a member at a standard gym training 3-5x a week, I really struggled to become fitter and didn't really enjoy training. Since joining Perfit in August I've dropped a dress size in just over 3 months, and I can't get enough of the sessions.
